Sylvia is a strategic finance leader with more than 20 years of experience across biotech, life sciences, and technology.
She has held finance leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Ambrx, Astellas Gene Therapies, BioMarin Pharmaceutical, and Viavi Solutions, supporting organizations through fundraising, clinical development, manufacturing scale-up, commercialization, business development, and M&A.
Her experience across research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization enables her to partner effectively with executive, scientific, operational, and finance teams.
